The pool was so nice as well as the hot tub . The location was perfect and overall a great location to the main attractions in Orlando

The staff was friendly. It is a big property it looks like they are updating what is needed. The location is good they are a Universal partner with shuttle..I go to WDW there is a QR code for Free Shuttle to Disney. I used it twice. Great service. People who reviewed this property as being dirty or negative reviews are absolutely False. It is dated but clean again they are renovating. I would definitely stay again. I am a travel hotel reviewer.

It’s in great location and great front desk staff. You can walk to universal in 20 minutes.

it was in the perfect area within walking distance if you wanted. we didn’t have any major issues. had an issue with the noise from the room beside ours but they sent someone right up and took care of it.
